Fadercraft

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-04

1. Summary

Fadercraft does not directly collect personal data on this marketing site. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no first-party cookies on these pages. When you buy a product, the transaction is handled by Paddle as merchant of record; we receive only order metadata.

2. Who we are

“Fadercraft” is the trading name of an independent sole trader based in Thailand. Contact: hello@fadercraft.com.

3. What we don’t do on this site

Your browser may still send standard request data (IP address, user agent) to our hosting provider Cloudflare for routing and security. Cloudflare keeps short-term operational logs; we do not access them for marketing purposes.

4. Subprocessors

A small number of third parties handle data on our behalf. Each one has its own privacy policy.

5. What happens when you buy

When you buy a Fadercraft product, Paddle collects and stores the data needed to process your payment: name, billing address, email, payment method details, and tax information. Paddle is the data controller for that information.

We see only order metadata: the licence key, the product name, the country code for tax reporting, and an email address (only if you opt to share it with us through Paddle’s checkout). We use this metadata to deliver your product, support you if you ask for help, and meet our accounting obligations.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored by Buttondown until you unsubscribe. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Your rights

Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fadercraft.com. Please note that purchase data is held by Paddle as data controller for that data; for billing records we will guide you to Paddle’s buyer support.

8. Data retention

We keep order metadata for as long as we need it to support you and to meet tax and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

9. International transfers

Our subprocessors are mostly based in the United States. They use standard contractual clauses or other recognised legal mechanisms when they receive personal data from the EU or UK.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always at this URL with a “Last updated” date at the top.
