Refund Policy

14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within fourteen days of your purchase, for any reason. This applies to every Fadercraft product. The window matches the default refund window that Paddle, our merchant of record, offers on digital goods, and it aligns with EU consumer law on distance sales.
How to request a refund
You can do either of the following:
- Email hello@fadercraft.com with your order email or licence key. We will start the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
- Or open Paddle’s buyer portal directly at paddle.net and request the refund yourself. You will need the email used at checkout.
Either route ends in the same place. Paddle is the merchant of record, so all refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Bank settlement usually takes three to ten business days depending on your card issuer.
What is not eligible
We will decline refunds in a small number of cases:
- Requests made more than fourteen days after purchase.
- Gross misuse of the licence, for example redistributing the product.
- Open chargebacks, until the chargeback is resolved.
- Demonstrably fraudulent claims.
Outside these cases, we err on the side of refunding. If something is wrong with the product, and you tell us within the window, you get your money back.
Bug reports are welcome either way
If a refund is triggered by a bug or compatibility issue, please tell us what went wrong, even if you don’t want to wait for a fix. It helps us make the next version better.
